FBEC

CaterCarb Odour Unit Type FBEC.

Designed for odour reduction applications. Primarily for use in kitchen exhausts, it can also be used in other applications.

These units are fitted with a two stage filter system. The first stage is a high loft, fire retardent bag filter which will carry over grease from the canopy. The Final stage is a heavy duty multicarb activated carbon cell which will reduce odour.

This unit is designed for odour reduction applications. Primarily for use in kitchen exhausts, it can also be used in other applications. The E10 to EN1822:2012 EPA filter is fitted to remove smoke from the airflow and meets DW172

These units are fitted with a three stage filter system. The first stage is a high loft, fire retardant bag filter which will catch any carry over grease from the canopy. The second stage is an E10 to EN1822:2012 grade compact EPA filter which will remove any smoke from the airflow. The final stage is a heavy duty multicarb carbon cell which will reduce odour.

This unit is designed for odour reduction applications. Primarily used in kitchen exhausts, it can also be used in other applications. The E10 to EN1822:2012 EPA filter is fitted to remove smoke from the airflow and meets DW172. The carbon cells in this system are refillable and therefore offer long term savings.

These units are fitted with a three stage filter system. The first stage is a high loft, fire retardant bag filter which will catch any carry over grease from the canopy. The second stage is a E10 to EN1822:2012 grade compact EPA filter which will remove any smoke from the airflow. The final stage consists of refillable Adcell units, these offer the combined benefits of being lighter and easier to handle and being refillable they are more environmentallt friendly than disposable cells.

A wide range of sizes and capacities available for HEPA filters.

These units can hold filters grade E10-H14 to EN1822:2012, both standard and high capacity. When used in an air supply application a pre filter will be provided at grade G4 to EN779:2012. If filtration is required on air extraction where the contaminant is hazardous a seperate prefilter section is required, or a safechange housing should be used.

FBSP

Type FBSP.

The FBSP is an in line filter housing designed to hold a single row of panel filters. By default we supply a G4 to EN779:2012 Intrepid panel 95mm thick, but these housings can hold any panel type filter including washable filters, mesh filters, pad and frame filters or even neatpleats to grade F9 to EN779:2012.

This grade of unit is suitable to treat supply air and provides protection against insects, textile fibres, coarse particulates and pollens. Typical applications would include pre filtration to fine filter units, ventilation to factory areas and air conditioning of paint booths.
